Dan Lipetzky is a designer and licensed Architect in the state of Illinois. He has considerable experience leading the design development of complex and varied project types, managing multiple teams of designers and technical architects simultaneously. Dan finds exuberance in developing beautiful solutions to design challenges with bold creativity, and experiencing the built result of those ideas with others.

Long based in Chicago and having spent four years living and working in Shanghai, China, Dan brings a global vision to a variety of typologies, including commercial, hospitality, high-rise, retail, science, and mixed-use programs. He has been a guest speaker, invited critic, and has had work featured in architectural publications.

Dan has an expansive portfolio of hospitality design for top global brands, as well as a handful of independently branded and operated hotels. Having led and featured in the design process of over a dozen full and select service luxury hotels, he provides a strong understanding of the complexities of hospitality development, and the collaboration required between stakeholders.
